게임 자체의 완성도는 수작에 가까움. (게임을 시작하기전 이 글을 먼저 읽기를 추천함. 라이엇 측에서도 이 글을 읽어줬으면 좋겠음.)
다만 플랫폼이 모바일이다 보니 군인+잼민이가 대부분을 차지하는데 잼민이의 비율이 체감상 엄청난 것 같음. 랭겜을 시작하자마자 탈주를 한다던가 이기고 있는데 탈주를 한다던가 자기가 라인전 지면 탈주를 한다던가 별별 이유로 탈주를 엄청 침. 게다가 한 명이 게임을 탈주해도 무리하게 게임을 이어가려는 사람도 많아서 어쩌피 계속해 봐야 결과는 뻔한데 의문의 기대심을 갖고 게임을 질질 끄는 경우도 허다함. 그 이외에도 원챔을 벤 당하거나 라인 안 바꿔주면 던진다고 협박하는 사람도 드물지 않음. 그러니 빨리 이러한 부분을 손봐서 원활한 게임 진행이 되었으면 좋겠음. 체감상 3판중 1판 꼴로 던지거나 탈주하는 사람이 있으니 힘들게 이겨도 허무하게 점수를 날리며 허탈감이 늘어남. 나름 어느정도 현질도 했는데 이런 상황이 반복되면 접을 수 밖에 없을 것 같음. 게다가 나처럼 생각하는 사람도 엄청 많아서 와일드리프트 카페나 갤러리 등 가보면 "챌린저 계정이고 올 챔에 스킨 00개 있습니다. 가격은 1X만 원 이고 에누리 가능합니다." 이런 글 엄청 많음. 그래서 스킨 많이 살거면 차라리 계정을 사는게 훨씬 이득임. 생각을 조금만 해봐도 챔피언도 다 있고 스킨도 시즌 한정판 스킨에 개수가 20-30개 있는데 챌린저 계정이라 해도 13만 원 정도면 살 수준이니 스킨을 구매하는 입장으로써 이걸 사지말고 계정을 사야하나 라는 실용적인 생각이 계속 머릿속을 멤돌아 스킨 구매가 꺼려짐. (물론 본인은 실력이 안 되는데 높은 티어에 가서 남에게 피해 주기 싫기 때문에 계정을 굳이 사진 않음.) 이 글을 라이엇 게임회사에서 볼 확률은 제로에 가깝다고 생각하지만 게임을 하지 않을 사람은 이 글에서 많을 걸 얻어갈 수 있을 것 이라고 생각함. 참고로 대회도 있을 정도로 나름 흥행이 "아예" 참패하진 않았으니 스킨과 챔피언도 꾸준히 나오고 어느정도 개선 패치는 등장할 것임. (스킨과 챔피언이 나오는 주기는 빠른 편에 속한다. 심지어 세라핀 같은 경우에 컴퓨터와 휴대폰이 동시 출시를 할 정도.) 한 마디로 완전히 버려지진 않을 것 이라는 말. 하지만 게임은 하락세를 타고 있고 커뮤니티는 활성화 되어있지 않으며 군인을 제외한 20대 유저의 부족, 매력없는 이벤트의 연속 등이 계속하여 흥행의 발목을 잡을 것임. 참고로 대부분의 군인 유저들은 군대생활이 끝나면 컴퓨터 롤으로 갈아타는 경우가 많으니 1년 반 유저임. 그러니 잼민이가 많고 20대의 어느정도 상식이 있는 유저가 부족해질 수 밖에 없음. 그리고 구글 플레이스토어의 경우에는 유저수가 1000만+ 라고 되어 있는데 실질적으로 하는 사람은 적어 유튜브나 기타 플랫폼에서의 조회수가 떨어짐. 이건 모바일 게임의 고질병 이라고 할 수도 있지만 결론적으로 보자면 조회수가 안 나오니 게임을 계속 올릴 이유가 없고 유저 입장에서는 볼만한 글 또는 영상의 개수가 부족하여 게임 외적으로의 흥미를 가질 수 있는 요소가 없음. 한 마디로 게임을 잠깐 쉴 때 볼 게 없다는 소리임. 이러한 하락세가 계속 이어진다면 중국의 대기업인 텐센트의 경우에도 와일드리프트의 매력을 못 느끼고 롤토체스나 컴퓨터 롤에 지원을 늘려 와일드리프트는 아예 버려지는 사태가 될 지도 모름. 실제로 지금도 회사 내부에서 하락세인 상황을 어느정도 인지하고 다른 곳에 집중적으로 예산을 편성하고 있을지도 모름. 그 예로 롤 IP를 활용하여 라이엇에서는 여러 게임을 구상하고 있음. 그게 와일드리프트의 투자를 절감한 후 다른 흥행될 만한 게임을 구상했다고 하는 자금의 전략적 투자일 가능성도 배제 할 수 없음.

개발자님 게임 너무 잘 이용하고 있습니다. 자기 프로필 페이지에서 선호 포지션 설정 하는 거에 상관없음 도 설정할 수 있게 만들어주시면 감사하겠습니다! 예전 버전에서는 포지션을 아무 것도 클릭 안했을 때 상관없음으로 설정이 됬던 거 같은데 이제는 아무것도 클릭 안하면 자동으로 내셔남작라인으로 설정이 되네요 예전처럼 상관없음도 설정할 수 있게 만들어주세요! 상관없음 설정하면 간지나요!
와일드 리프트 패치 후 문제
렉이 자꾸 걸리고요.. 로그인 화면, 게임 종료 시 등등 렉 안걸리는 부분이 잘 없을 정도로 렉이 많구여. 무엇보다 화가 나는 건, 제 의지대로 나간 것도 아니고 게임 시작과 동시에 튕김 문제가 발생해서 재 접속을 하려니까 재접속을 10분동안 못했어요. 무슨 알림창이 하나 뜨면서 로그인이 안되더라구여. 그래놓고 게임 끝나니까 제재 쪽지를 주셨더라구요. 뭐 어쩌잔 건지 ㅋㅋ 패치 하고나서 저 뿐만 아니라 이용자 다수가 불편을 겪고 있습니다. 빠른 조치 부탁드립니다. 빨리좀 고쳐줘요 진짜로 몇시간째 불편을 겪고 있는 겁니까 이게 … 이런식으로 이용자들 불편하게 하고, 게임 이용 부당한 제재 를 준 것에 대한 보상은 있어야한다고 생각합니다.
