- fixed Core Midi support in standalone mode (was working in pre 1.0 versions however was broken since release).
- fixed Inter App Midi (only some hosts/sequencers support this feature, for example Cubasis2+. For GarageBand users, you should wait for Audio Unit v3 support completion in Linear Player as GB only supports audio over Inter App communication, not Midi).
- made the menus taller.
