뭐하나 되는게 없는 어플
진짜 개불편. 다른 쇼핑몰 어플 비교하면 90년대 처음 만들어진 수준. 이거 만드시는 개발자분들이 실행해보시면 정말 불편한걸 알텐데 왜 안고침? 괜히 이거 받아서 개열받지 마시고 마켓비 물건 구입하고 싶으면 다른데서 하세요. 문의글 남기는것도 내가 뭐 샀는지 상품명 일일히 타이핑 해야함 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
거짓말이 난무 하는 최악의 서비스
오늘 배송이라고 써있는 상품을 구매했는데 20일 지나도 배송 시작도 안함 (가라 송장 전호만 찍어 놓음 메이버 평가를 위해서) 배송지연 연락은 당연히 없음. 고객응대도 마찬가지 뭐 하나 물어 보면 대답이 천만년 걸림 절대 쓰면 안됨.
조금 많이 실망
다른건 다 괜찮은데, 고객 응대좀 잘 해주셨으면… 웬만하면 이런글 안쓰는데, 너무 심각함…
물량이 부족하게 와서 전화하려고 하는데 잘 받지도 않고… 배송이 계속 늦어지고… 방은 조립하지 못한 부품 때문에 더럽고…. 직원을 더 뽑든지 뭘 하든지…
