The application offers a comprehensive learning journey focusing on the development of your soft skills, which are just as, if not more, important than hard skills. The journey is divided into three key blocks :
Collaboration & Negotiation: Enhance your team-working abilities and negotiation skills through interactive learning activities.
Emotional Intelligence: Understand and manage your emotions better with our emotional intelligence assessments and development programmes.
