실수로 설치인줄알고 했다가 결재가되서 환불 부탁드립니다.

아이패드

아이패드에서 1200원주고 자막보기 결제했는데 핸드폰에서는 자막을 또 결제하라고 하네요 같은계정인데 이게 맞나요

결제취소 해주세요~~

앱 재생기능은 좋으나 결정적으로 자막 파일을 불러오지 못하네요. smi파일은 전혀 반응하지 않네요. 결제취소 바랍니다.
