안녕하세요! 가격은 구독 화면과 이용 조건에 표시됩니다. 구독 확인 창문에도 가격을 볼 수 있습니다.
저도 황당 결제내역이...
꼬맹이들이 설치했다가 지운것 같은디... 계속 구독신청이 되어있어 결제가 1년치가 결제 되었네요. 휴대폰으로 개인정보 인증이 되었다면 확인메시지 보내고 자동결제 될 예정메시지 보내주고 하는게 어려운가요? 환불 요청하면 안된다고 처음 등록할때 기재했다고만 하고... 이건 소비자 기만 행위입니다. 잘 사용 하시는 분들도 계시겠지만 지금 불만의 요청들을 좀 확인 해주세요. 기재를 작게 조그만하게만 하지 마시고 알림메시지 정도는 앱관리 차원에서 할 수 있는거 아닌가요? 개인적인 생각 이지만 좀... 너무하다 싶네요.
