Due to instability issues caused by the server change of Neostudio, we have re-released the previous version of Neostudio as version 2022.
- Changed server storage.
- Errors occurred on the newly updated cloud server, so we have rolled back to the previous server.
- As a result of the rollback, the mini app function has been excluded.
- Some adjustments have been made to the login screen.

네오 스튜디오 계정으로 로그인해서 노트가 저장되어 있는데 그 부분도 복구가 되는 건가요?

우선 파란색 네오스튜디오와 2022 버전 둘 다 업데이트를 진행해 주셔야 할 것 같습니다.
각각 업데이트가 완료되었다면 파란색 네오스튜디오 앱에서 구글 드라이브 데이터 업로드 버튼을 눌러주시고
업로드가 다 된 다음 2022 앱으로 들어가서 구글 드라이브 데이터 가져오기 버튼을 눌러주시는 방법으로 진행해 주셔야 할 것 같습니다.
위 방법대로 진행하셔도 데이터 복구가 안되어 있을 경우 정확한 안내를 위해 문제가 발생된 화면을 support@neosmartpen.freshdesk.com 메일로 보내주세요.
확인 후 최대한 빠르게 답변드리겠습니다.

아이패드 프로에서 열리질 않아요
동그라미 돌아가기만 하고 열리질 않아서 쓸 수가 없습니다
아이폰에서는 잘 열리는데요.
아이패드에서 앱 삭제 후 다시 깔면 그때는 되다가 다시 하면 또 안열리고 삭제하고 다시 깔고 무한 반복입니다. 방법이 없는지요?
