This platform app will be on every nurse's phone to use whenever they want to. A simple yet intuitive mobile app that brings employers and staff closer together. As a nurse employed in a traditional nursing agency, the nurse will be waiting for shifts to come their way. There is no transparency. The hospital or facility requesting a temporary staff member will also have to wait until the agency gets back to them. This struggle takes hours or days, depending on the system the traditional nursing agency has. With NurseMaster, everything is in an all-in-one system app, from ordering a nurse, a nurse accepting a job, timesheets, nurse earnings, facility invoices, and even taxes! Therefore, the chances of a job request filling within minutes of being ordered are possible.
