아이폰 회원가입 문제
아이폰에서 애터미 앱이나 사파리로 회원가입하려고 하면,
핸드폰 본인인증 단계에서 보안숫자가 보이지 않아서 회원가입이 불가합니다.
이런 현상이 나타난지 몇개월 되었습니다 ㅠㅠ
제발 고쳐주세요.
아이폰6, 아이폰8, 아이패드 프로, 아이폰 플러스 기종에서 모두 동일하게 발생하여 회원가입이 불가합니다.
불편해요
로그인해도 눌러지지 않아서 다시껐다가 다시 켜야 하고 시간이 많이 소요되서 답답합니다 또 계보도도 한눈에 볼수 있었으면 좋겠습니다 회원번호가 안뜰때도 있구요
무엇보다 오류나서 같은 작업을 두번씩해야해서
시간적손해가 있습니다
타사앱과 너무 차이가많이나고 회원들도 비교가된다고 많이 이야기가 나옵니다 개선해주셨으면감사하겠습니다
너무너무 답답해요
검색해도 페이지
바로 넘어가지않고 몇번을 누르고 기다려야 검색완료 돼구요, 장바구니 바로 담기 안되구 클릭해도 뜨는 시간 너무 오래걸려요.. 애터미보다 훨씬 제품 많은 타사 앱들도 바로바로 페이지 넘어가는데 애터미는 뭐 하나 검색해서 사려고 해도 검색을 몇번이나 클릭해야 겨우 제품 나오고 .. 사려다가 화딱지 나서 사기싫어져요 앱 개선 안하나요?? 소비자들을 너무 호구로 보시나봐요 답답해도 알아서 써라 이건지 ㅡㅡ 제품이 월등히 좋은것도 아닌데 몇년동안 앱 개선 안하는거보면 자신감이 대단하신듯합니다 아... 너무너무 느리고 답답해요 제발 개선 좀 하시길 바랍니다
