Description
Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system serves as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Citizens are enabled to provide feedback once a complaint is marked resolved by an officer. The feedbacks are linked to an officer’s performance. The app provides a hassle free interface to citizens to connect with government at all levels.

Problems in tracking details
While tracking the complaint the details about date and times are not correct!
Please update the app which is able to show the exact date time of the progress.
Problem in signup and contact us
On iOS15 when I am unable to sign up. In the last step when I enter address etc. app keeps showing that data is being saved (something is loading). This process continues for hours but never completes.
Now if you try to inform this issue through contact us option the app just closes when you press submit button.
