Launch in South Korea

App looks convenient. Please launch it in South Korea as soon as possible!!!

Thanks for your feedback. South Korea is currently available exclusively as a receiving country. However, we're doing everything possible to start supporting transfers from South Korea in the upcoming updates. Feel free to subscribe to us on social media to stay updated.

Refund

I tried to transfer money from Canada to a Korean account three times. All failed and the money refund is too slow. I failed to transfer money, but they took my money and there is money that has not been refunded yet.

Hello! Sometimes money transfers are cancelled by the sending or receiving bank. If this happens at the recipient's bank, the funds are automatically returned to the sender in full along with the Paysend fee. If the funds have not been returned within 3 business days, please email us at success@paysend.com. We will be happy to assist you further.

Russia to South Korea

If South Korea is available as receiving country how can I create an account in your app to receive money from Russia and track the history of transfers. Once I try to put my mobile phone number, it says incorrect and app is not launched in South Korea. Thanks.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. To receive a transfer registration is not required. The tracking option isn't available yet, however, we work hard to implement this functionality in future updates. Transfers from Russia to South Korea have been suspended. We will notify you as soon as this option becomes available again. Unfortunately, it is not clear yet when such transfers will be resumed.
