Great product, terrible software service

Hello I am a Professional golfer using the gcquad. I have been using the product for approximately 5months. As a player, not an instructor, i find myself mostly using the gcquad with an ipad on the course.
The product itself is amazing. I would rate it 5/5 stars if this review was for the product.
However, the app itself is absolutely terrible.

First, it does not work with an iphone. It does not connect with the gcquad. After talking with my local foresights sport representative, the only response i got was that the app does not work with the latest iOS software update and it will take some time for the app developers at foresights sport to update the app to the latest software update.

Second, there are random bugs with the app where it sometimes stops working with the ipad. It does not happen often thankfully. However whenever it does happen it is very frustrating because it prevents me from using the device.

Lastly, with the latest iOS update on the ipad, now i can not connect the device with my ipad. Now i have no way of using my gcquad on the course. I do not use the gcquad with a laptop because i need to use it on the course for real-time data.

I find it extremely frustrating that after spending $20,000+ on the device I have to deal with such mediocre software. Please fix this app so that it works with the latest iOS software.
