아까 앱이 너무 버벅여서 홧김에 못된 댓글을 남겼네요.. 무료로 좋은 기능의 어플 개발해서 공유해주신 건데, 계속 피드백 받고 수정 거듭하시는 걸 모르고 상처드린 말만 했던 것 같아 죄송합니다. 아이폰 소프트웨어 업뎃 이후 사용자가 많아져서, 오류 개선 요구가 급작스레 들어와 정신없고 당황스러우실 것 같아요. 고생 많으신데 안 좋은 리뷰만 남겨두어 죄송하고, 어플 개선으로 이용자 수도, 별점도 쭉쭉 올라갔으면 좋겠습니다! 어플이 더욱 발전해서 더욱 좋은 기능들이 생긴다면 부분 유료화가 되어도 결제하여 이용할 마음이 많으니 이 점도 고려부탁드려요ㅎㅎ 좋은 어플 개발해주셔서 감사하고, 오류 개선되면 더욱 만족하며 사용하도록 하겠습니다. 항상 좋은일만 생기셨으면 좋겠네요 개발자님!

개인적인 오류일까요ㅠ
일단 너무너무 잘 쓰고있는 유저입니다ㅠ 사진 추가할 때 바로바로 편집되는것두 너무 좋구용... 이 앱으로 폰꾸 뚝딱했습니다❤️ 그런데 얼마전 위젯 앨범들이 싹다 날아갔더라구요...ㅠㅠ 그래서 다시 사진을 추가하고 있었는데, 마지막 추가 과정에서 지원하지 않는 이미지 포멧이라는 알림이 뜨면서 추가가 안되더라구용.. 원래는 잘만 추가됐던 사진들이 추가가 되지 않는 문제는 개인적인 소프트웨어 문제인 걸까요?ㅠㅠ

따뜻한 말씀으로 리뷰를 남겨주셔서 감사드리고, 이용에 불편을 드려 죄송합니다... 많은 앱들 중에서 포토위젯을 애용해 주시는데 사진이 싹 다 날아가다니...ㅜㅜ진심으로 사과드립니다. 앨범들이 날아가기 전에 업대이트를 하셨다거나 뭔가 기억나시는게 있으실까요...? 불편하시겠지만 가능하시면 포토위젯 앱 내 [설정] 페이지에 있는 [개선사항 및 문의하기] 를 탭하신 후, 이 리뷰에 있는 사용자님 닉네임을 본문에 기입하시고 메일을 보내주시면 감사드리겠습니다ㅜㅜ 이 순서로 메일을 저희에게 보내주시면 앱, OS 버전 등 사용자님의 상황을 개발팀에서 자세히 파악할 수 있습니다. 같은 문제가 발생하지 않도록 앨범이 사라진 문제와 함께 사진 추가 시 "지원하지 않는 이미지 포멧"이라고 표시되는 문제에 대헤서도 자세히 조사할 필요가 있을 것 같네요...바쁘시겠지만 협조해 주시면 감사드리겠습니다ㅜㅜ 긴 글 읽어주셔서 감사드립니다.
