명색이 운동을 독려하는 어플인데 광고 수준이 너무 음란해서 어플리케이션 자체에 대한 회의가 들 정도입니다.
운동프로그램은 너무 좋은데 광고가 안티예요.

운동 정말 싫어하는데, 나이가 들수록 떨어지는 근력 때문에 운동이라는 것을 생각했습니다.
아직은 초보단계라 따라 하는데 무리가 없다는 이유로 거부감없이 하고 있지만, 옆에 선생님이 있는듯이 멘트를 해줘서 더 하기 수월하다는 생각입니다.
중급코스를 향해 꾸준히 하렵니다.
