돈 내고 사용은 못하는 건 너무합니다
제 계정에서 5500원을 내고 쓰라길래 저번 계정 탈퇴하고 다시 결제했는데요
계속 결제해도 no visual 뭐시기 나오면서 결제가 안 됐다고 하는 겁니다
근데 이게 9월 1일? 그 쯤이었는데 오늘 5500원 결제가 됐어요 무료체험 써보지도 못하고 그냥 바로 결제한 걸로 쓰게 된 겁니다
무료였을 때 만들어둔 캐릭터랑 노래때문에 계정 삭제도 못하겠고 어차피 계정에 넣은 돈은 그냥 멍청비용으로 날린 거 같고 기분이 좋지는 않네요
계정을 사용할 수 있게 도와주시거나 어떻게든 도움을 주셨으면 좋겠어요
무료로 바꿔주세요
한동안 안들어갔다가 사람들 조교 열심히 하는거 보고 나도 도전해봐야지하고 다시 들어갔다가 갑자기 5,000원을 결제하라하네요.. 보컬로이드처럼 직접 조교할 수 있는 무료 앱이라서 좋았던 것 같은데 유료로 바뀌어서 조금 화나기도하고 혼란스럽네요.. 다시 무료로 바꿔주시명 안되는건가요..?
