안녕하세요. 뽀로로TV입니다.
휴대폰 앱과 TV 앱은 따로 운영되고 있어 사용이 불가능합니다.
또한 회원가입은 오른쪽 위 사람 모양 아이콘을 누르신 후 네이버나 구글로 로그인이 가능하십니다.
불편을 드려 대단히 죄송합니다.
아 불편해여
저는 데이터 와이파이 사용 불가능한 상황에서 쓰려고 결제해서 영상받은거거든요 데이터나 와이파이 터지면 유툽쓰지 뭐하러 용량버려가며 써요... 다운목록 오류는 고쳐졌지만 여전히 불안정하고 수시로 로그인을 요구하고... 주로 급한상황에 버튼한번에 재생되기를 원했지 애 우는데 부랴부랴 이멜주소쓰고 비번적고 로그인해서 사용할 여력이 안되네요 결제금액아까워요 그걸로 핑크퐁결제나 더 해줄걸 비교하긴 싫지만, 핑크퐁 동요동화 어플을 좀 본받기를...
사용편하고 오류없고. 뽀tv추천해준 친구조차 미워지네요 타어플 결제나 더 할것을... 저는 이미 돈아까운것보다 용량차지하는게 더아까워 삭제하지만 부디 더 나은 어플을 만들어 주시길 바랍니다.
업데이트 후 기존아이디 로그인 불가!!!!
비번이 자꾸 틀리다고 하는데 맨날쓰던 이멜 비번이 왜 틀리다고 나오는지 이해 불가예요ㅠㅠ점검하시고 로그인 해서 쓸 수 있게 해 주세요 기존 다운받은 영상이랑 물고기 잔득 남았는데 새 아뒤로 로그인 할 수 없어요!!
