Pronunciation no sound

When I click on the pronunciation button (speaker button), nothing happens. Please do look into this. This is a critical function for English learners.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the pronunciation feature. Here are a few steps you can try:

1. Ensure your device's volume is turned up and not set to silent.
2. Make sure the "Ring/Silent switch" switch (found on the side of the device) is not set to silent.
3. Restarting the app and your device.
4. Reinstalling the app
