픽셀 유동화 상태에서 줌인 줌아웃이 안됨

원래 됐는데 갑자기 렉걸린거마냥 안되고, 그 상태에서 뒤로가기 하면 선끼리 끊어지는 현상이 생김. 껐다가 켜보고 아이패드 자체도 껐다 켜봤는데 안되네요 그리고 연필로 그린 그림들 채우기 기능 안먹는것도 좀 개선해주시면 좋겠어요 렉 해결방법도 없고 갑갑합니다 설정에도 기능도 좀 많아지면 좋겠어요 인터페이스 간단한건 좋은데 당장 그림 앱이라면 필요한 기능들이 없으니 작업시간이 과하게 길어지고요

Hey leejoo - this is related to a known bug. If you head to Actions > Prefs > Gesture Controls > General and enable Paint with a finger, this should help. When you leave liquify and if there are tiles, Undo immediately and this should revert them. We're sorry about these issues. 🙏

브러쉬가 이상해요

아이패드 프로 11안치 1세대에서 사용중이였는데 어느 순간부터 계속 펜을 쓸 때 마다 픽셀이 깨져서 나와요 지우개도 마찬가지구요.. 다른 분들은 안 이러시는 것 같은데 저만 그런걸 보니 제가 뭘 잘못 누른것 같은데 아무리 찾아봐도 해결 방법을 모르겠어요 어플 자체는 정말 좋은데 계속 이런 현상이 생겨서 몇 개월 동안 사용을 안하게 되었는데 꼭 다시 쓰고 싶어요 혹시나 해결 방법 알려주실 수 있나 해서 여기에 후기 써봅니다..

사진 삽입이 안돼요ㅠ

사진 삽입하기 들어가서 앨범에 있는 사진을 선택해도 사진이 뜨질 않네요.. 레퍼런스로 이미지 띄우는 것도 안되구요 다른 건 다 괜찮은데 사진 관련해서만 먹통이네요 버그인건지 뭔지.. 해결 좀 해주세요

Initially we recommend hard rebooting your iPad (different from the regular restart) as shown at this link: procre.at/reboot, which solves common performance issues. - In case the issue continues after the hard reboot, could you please give us a little more information about it? Do you notice this issue with certain images, or with all of your images from Photos / Files app? 팔레트 추가 버튼이 없어졌어요…

팔레트 전에는 추가해서 잘 사용했는데 찾아보니 없어졌다는 분이 안 계셔서
문의 남깁니다…
소형/카드 형식 위에 있어야되는 +버튼 없어요..
팔레트에 넣었던 컬러도 길게 누르면 된다는데 꾹 눌러도 삭제도 안됩니다..
다른건 다 잘 되네요..

Hey Eeeeeeeeeehu - Thank you for using Procreate and for taking the time to write a review for us. By default, the + icon for creating new palettes should be located at the top right corner of the Palettes panel. If your Palettes panel appears to be smaller, it is likely that you are using Stage Manager, which automatically scales down your window size, and the Colour panel will appear as the Colour Companion. If you exit the Stage Manager, you should regain full access to your Colour panel and be able to see the + icon again. Does this help?

좋아요, 그런데

ios11 올리고 나서 안정성이 너무 떨어집니다. 자꾸 프리징이 걸리고 갤러리에서 섬네일이 안보이고 그림에 들어가도 아무것도 안되서 파일 날아간 줄 알고 시껍했습니다. 잠시후에 정상으로 돌아오긴 했는데, 불안해서 복제로 백업 만들어 놨어요. 패치가 필요해 보입니다

글꼴에 즐겨찾기 기능 추가해주세요!

잘 사용하고 있습니다!!! 글꼴에 즐겨찾기 기능이 생기거나 기본 글씨체를 삭제할 수 있는 기능이 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 혹은 위의 두 가지가 모두 어렵다면 다운로드 받은 글꼴이 따로 표시되는 기능이라도 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다! :)

따라올 수 없는 수준의 앱

최근 아이패드용 포토샵이 브러시 랙, 이미지 계단 현상, 색 기능조차 형편없는 모습으로 출시된 게 드러나면서 이 앱의 장점이 제대로 보이네요. PC 사용자 경험을 그대로 옮기는 드로잉 앱 만드는 게 이렇게 힘들군요.
이미지 해상도에 따라 레이어 수를 제한하는 건 성능을 위한 제한 정책인 것 같은데, 항상 아쉽네요. 궁극적으로 제한이 없어졌으면 좋겠어요.
5 버전은 개발자 여러분이 자꾸 기대하게 만들고 있는데 일정 지연없이 제때 나오길 바래요.

트루톤 디스플레이 영향 안 받는 옵션 추가해주세요

주변 환경색에 따라 색감이 달라집니다.. 트루톤 끄고 사용하면 되긴하지만 기본 사진앱같이 자동으로 영향 안 받도록 하면 더 좋을 거 같네요
+ ios11 패치된지 한 달이 더 지났는데 아직도 프리징 걸려서 그림을 못그리겠네요. 1점 주고 갑니다.
+ 고쳐졌네요. 다시 5점 드림

메일이 잘 안보내집니다

psd 파일로 저장해서 메일로 내보내거나 카카오톡으로 내보내면서 이용하고 있는데, 전송돼도 열리지 않는 파일이거나 아예 열리지 않습니다. 다른 기능은 정말 다 좋은데 공유할 때 불편합니다.

Hi there - Often email services have limits on size for the attachments, and often PSDs are far too large. For KakaoTalk, you could try and Share it to Files app first and then share from there?

색상내역

그림 그리기도 쉽고 사진편집도 가능해서 활용 가능성이 좋은 어플이네요. 그런데 저는 색상내역이 안 뜨더라구요. 색상내역 설정하는 방법도 따로 있는 건가요......? 앱을 삭제했다가 다시 깔아야 하나요?
