Doctors don't keep the reservation hours
I had at least 3 times of this experience while using this app, where doctors just ignored my reservation. They literally passed it or cancel it while I have been waiting for a few hours because you don't have enough slots. Why did you make this reservation system if you are not gonna keep it?
