Our program is 10 weeks in duration and during that time you will receive access to our meal plan, exercise program, Tips videos, and our daily motivation videos. Over the years, the thousands of participants who have signed up for this program achieve an average weight loss between 12-17kg within 10 weeks (goal of 10%
starting body weight) and learn the skills to maintain that loss.

Meal Plan
You are initially provided with a basic plan that is quite simple to follow and consists primarily of fresh, unprocessed foods. Recipes consist of few ingredients and are very easy to prepare. Many recipes have instructional videos which makes preparing the meals so much easier. You can choose between several options for your 3 meals and 2 snacks each day. Picky eaters have the ability to choose from a range of salads and vegetables in the list provided. After each 7-day period more variety is added. The portions are quite good and additional recipe videos are provided each week.Soon you will be eating prawns, oysters, hamburgers, curries and in big portions, whilst still consistently losing weight each and every week. All recipes require minimal skills in the kitchen and consist of a few simple ingredients.

Exercise Program
With the exercise program we like to start nice and easy. You can either keep doing what you have been doing or if you haven't exercised for a while, start with a 20-30 minute walk each day. We do also provide a range of workouts that you can choose from.

Education
Education plays a big role in our program and it starts right from the beginning. You will receive a series of 3-5 minute videos that cover the common obstacles most people come across when trying to lose weight. We provide you with simple
strategies that can be implemented into any lifestyle. You receive 1 a day for the first 10 days and then one every 2-3 days after that. You will find these in the Tips section.

Motivation
Apart from the great results on the scales, our daily motivational text messages are probably the most popular part of our program. Each day you will receive a 30-90 second video that will help get the day started right. I had previously found that people were always highly motivated when leaving my office but within days that motivation tended to wane. However, participants now report that these daily SMS messages keep their head in the game for the whole week!
