txt파일이 읽히지 않습니다.

이렇게만 표현이 될 뿐, 전혀 읽히지 않습니다.
어떤 파일은 읽히고, 어떤 파일은 읽히지 않는지 조건이 있나요?
txt파일을 보려고 샀는데 전혀 쓸모가 없습니다.
