Juicy and succulent roasts are now easier than ever.
Enter the cooking style you prefer, rare, well done etc along with the cooking speed - fast, regular or slow cooked, finally add the weight and the cooking times will be displayed in a simple to follow manner.
Theres also a hints and tips page along with a sample recipe. This is probably all you need to use to get started!
