Seeing Assistant AlarmGPS is an application developed by Transition Technologies S.A. in order to support blind and low vision people in everyday life. Application provides advanced location services and alarm location.

Seeing Assistant AlarmGPS has been developed in close co-operation with visually impaired people in order to address their needs as well as possible.

Features:
• the ability to assign to the alarm: different signals, distances to sound notifications, and the number of its repetitions
• searching for the location of the alarm
• "Where am I" function
• position monitoring
• alarm sharing – using GPX format

Please bear in mind that this application uses background updates to track the location even when minimized. Continued use of GPS running in the background can significantly decrease battery life.

Seeing Assistant AlarmGPS uses Internet for many of its functions. Depending on configuration of your device you may be charged for Internet connection or data transmission.

Zapewnia zaawansowane usługi lokalizacji i alarmowania o położeniu. Seeing Assistant AlarmGPS powstawał przy ścisłej współpracy z osobami z dysfunkcją wzroku, aby jak najlepiej odpowiedzieć na potrzeby użytkowników.

Dostępne funkcje:

- Added new source of points for searching and monitoring. It takes advantage of Open Street Map (OSM) resources. This source has been set as default because it allows getting information about points from various categories, whereas Apple Maps only allow finding addresses.
- Information about GPS accuracy added to widget.
- Information about the alarm direction in reference towards the user works fine now.
- Information about the alarm location and radius added to system notifications.
- "Inform about change only" works better now.
- "Various enhancements in the app interface.
- Other bug fixes.

-Dodano nowe źródło do wyszukiwania i monitorowania punktów. Wykorzystuje ono zasoby serwisu OpenStreetMaps – OSM i zostało ustawione jako domyślne gdyż pozwala na uzyskanie informacji o położeniu punktów z kilku innych kategorii a nie tylko punktów adresowych, jak to ma miejsce w przypadku źródła Map Apple.
-Do Widgetu dodano informacje o dokładności pozycjonowania GPS.
-Informacje o kierunku do alarmu względem użytkownika są teraz poprawnie oznajmiane.
-Do powiadomień systemowych dodano informację o położeniu alarmu i promieniu alarmów.
-Poprawiono działanie funkcji „Informuj tylko o zmianach”.
-Różne poprawki interfejsu i współpracy z VoiceOver.
-Naprawa innych błędów.
