I want to get a refund of the full amount.

I'd traveled to Singapore during last week and came back to Korea a few days ago. During the trip I tried to take a bike with this app, but I failed; it kept saying "this is not the right type of bike you can rent", so I couldn't enjoy any time for bike. The problem is, I already payed "bike for 7 days" last week and today I paid another charge again. I want to stop paying any more charge and get a full refund if I can. Thank you.

Stay away from this service

Beware of this service; I'm telling you.
Using this service could cost you a fortune.

First, it is very hard to notice that the weekly or monthly auto-subscription renewal is the default option here. I guess not many customers use this service frequently enough to figure out that detail. Furthermore, the small regular charge amounts make it very difficult to notice.

In my case, since I'm a foreigner who doesn't live in Singapore, it took almost a year to discover the loss, which cost me almost $450!!!

My simple advice is to stay away from this service unless you are extra detail-oriented or something.

FAKE APP

look at all the other reviews! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APP! it is the absolute worst. charges you $10 upfront (NON-REFUNDABLE) and the bikes all do not work. i have never experienced such a horrid app in my life. this is a SCAM

To share more, another alternative to topping up account credit to try SG Bike can be to purchase our 7 days ride pass at the prevailing rate via your credit/debit card.
