Formerly the “TL SimplyGo app”, the SimplyGo app integrates the key card-related features from the EZ-Link app and aims to provide commuters with a seamless experience for their transit ticketing needs and card-related services.
Some key features of the SimplyGo app include:
- View travel transaction history and expenditure of yourself and your loved ones, up to the last 180 days
- Receive alerts on low card balance* [NEW]
- Receive push notifications on your trip fares^
- Top up on-the-go for cards* added to your account
- Block lost travel card* and transfer value to new card [NEW]

- Apply/replace Concession card & purchase concession pass for SimplyGo Concession cards

Ate my money and cannot get it back
- Cannot top up EZLink card on this Simply Go app.
- EZLink App is not available in foreign app store, so even if it says you can top up online using EZLink app, it is not available.
- Cannot get the money back even if you have a receipt and claimed on the very day you topped up and faced a problem of your balance totally missing.
- Customer service is not helpful and waste your time and mobile phone/data credit.
- Most top up machines accept only "local credit cards", and the ones that do accept cash would eat your money and spit out your receipt as if all went through, but it is a deceitful receipt because your balance is not updated. The Simply Go app also does not detect top up balance update.
- As a tourist, therefore, you should be informed to avoid it. Even the customer service agent whom I had to explain what happened multiple times, conceded that I should forget about it and buy a tourist pass.
Useless app
I just registered and the app signed out on its own. When I tried login again, it said invalid user or password. I tried signing up, it said my phone number has been registered. Tried forgot password, there’s some missing user token blabla. Don’t even deserve 1 star
