프로버젼으로 구입
볼룸만되고 암것도 안되서 프로버전으로 4900원주고 업데이트했는데도 채널변경이 안되요 왜죠? 이거 해결 안되는거면 구매취서해주세요

티비로 인터넷 쓸일이 잇어서 리모컨으로 조작하다 넘 답답해서 결재까지 했습니다 돈아깝지않고 너무 편해지네요.. 유튜브볼때도 넘 편해요

볼륨 조절은 잘 되는데 채널 이동이 안되요.. 위로 올려서 확인 버튼이랑 상하좌우 버튼은 유료래요... 다른건 모르겠는데 지금까진 볼륨 조절 밖에 된 게̌̈ 없고꙼̈ 옆으로 밀면 숫자랑 녹화 나오는데 그것 조차도 안되네요,, 녹색창에 검색해서 알아보던가 해야 한다면 차라리 다른걸 쓰겠어요.
