패키지 구매 오류
게임이 재밌어서 광고제거 패키지를 구매하여 플레이하려고 패키지 구매를 했습니다. 그런데 결재는 되었고 로딩창에서 넘어가지 않아 게임을 껐다 켜보니 패키지 적용은 되어 있지 않고 돈만 나갔습니다. 확인부탁드립니다 ㅠㅠ
잦은 시스템오류
아이패드에서 플레이하다가 게임종료 후 아이폰으로 로그인했는데 이틀전 레벨로 돌아가버렸습니다. 두개의 기기로 자주 바꿔 가면서 플레이 하는데 이번이 처음이 아닙니다. 화염골렘 10레벨도 오늘 해방시켰고 마나석,골드도 24시간씩 이틀동안 온종일 키워놓았는데 허무하네요…시스템 정비 부탁드리며 아이폰 업뎃이 안드로이드 두번 업뎃 될 동안 1.9.1에 서 되지 않고 있는 점 개선 부탁드립니다
패키지 오류
입장권 패키지 55% 세일해서 1100원을 결제했는데 카드내역에는 8700원으로 찍혀 나간데다 심지어 구매후 무한로딩에 껏다 다시켰는데 패키지 적용도 안되있고 돈만 나갔어요..이거 빨리 해결해주세요 ,다른 게임사처럼 괜한 말돌림하다가 법적으로까진 가지 않으셨으면 하네요.
