No sound

The sound system does not work on any of my ipads (including ipad mini 4, ipad air 5). I can’t even go through the tutorial because there’s no sound at all. I should have read the review before paying a fortune for this game.

Dear Customer, We are really sorry to hear that you are facing sound issues on the Tacto app with your device. There might be a possibility that "Do Not Disturb" or "Silent" mode is turned on. Kindly try these steps: From the top right corner of the iPad home screen, please swipe down. This will launch the Control Center. Make sure the Crescent Moon and Bell icons are turned off. Not working iPad mini5

The iPad mini5 cannot recognize the reflector in laser set.
I tested touch testing app and my iPad mini touch does not have any problem. Do not buy this product if u use ipad
