Easily set up command set
Everything is good but if the setting up the command set process gets easier it would be perfect!
So not working
I got 2 tados and tried to connect to the wifi and the app. It takes ages and after all, it doesn’t work.
I chatted with CS center online and the lady said it would take a while since there are a lot of update, and she said it’s normal, but it didn’t work.
I’m giving up.

Hello,
We are sorry to hear that.
In exeptional cases hardware is bought which has older firmware (never the case if you buy on tado°.com right away, because we only have the newest devices on stock).
The initial update could take a longer time, but this initial update only need to happen once.
Maybe you could send a mail to support, with the question if an agent could personally monitor the updates of your devices.
