TELEBUS Kraków 4+

This application allows you to register within MPK's information systems in order to subsequently access the transport service
called Tele-bus. After registration, it is possible to book one or more trips within one of the geographical areas where the Tele-bus service is provided. It is possible to book for a single trip or for multiple trips repeated over time by specifying your travel needs.

It is therefore necessary to select the area of ​​interest, the desired pickup and dropoff stop and the desired pickup or dropoff time (not both).
Optionally, a number of seats greater than one can be specified to make a single booking for several people traveling together.
Furthermore, it is possible to indicate the need to travel with your own wheelchair in case of disability. Stops can be chosen from a list
or select on the map.

The application then allows you to check the status of your travel reservations to see if they have been processed by the central system
of MPK, if they were satisfied and how. Also, since it is a custom transport service that is built on the basis of the
user requests, it is required to be a diligent part and cancel your travel request if it is no longer necessary.
Canceling a travel request can also be done via the MPK app. In case of need, for support on the use of the service,
you can call the number listed within the application itself.
