Covid19 can’t be a magic excuse for your poor customer service any more.
The Realreal company staffs steal from online customers
This company shouldn’t do business in USA. The Realreal staffs are insane. They took a $175 online order, suddenly processed a $95 partial refund, and never shipped the product or the product never arrived. These lying sociopathic staffs shouldn’t even go near children. I tried to buy a product that was stolen from me. Literally the Realreal company should go bankrupt as soon as possible. I thought the other Realreal staffs would process the leftover refund with email contacts, but for some reason the Realreal staffs are mentally ill sociopaths who shouldn’t even go near children. apparently the Realreal staffs seem to be harassing online users, famous people, or had been bribed by stalkers and cybercriminals to process an unwanted partial refunds on online orders. Perhaps the Realreal CEO is another jealous/idle&creepy crazy evil Asian envying all other Asian women. A total lunatic company I had never seen before. I found out many vintage sellers or the Realreal staffs sell online stolen items or stolen items collected from garbages from other people.
The Realreal staffs or someone processed a refund request I did not request before parcel delivery and processed a partial refund and not even a full refund:this Realreal company should go bankrupt. I hope The Realreal TRR company🧿staffs all get sued, killed for attempts of identity theft and the RealReal TRR company go bankrupt after the employees suddenly not even cancelled but processed a refund I did not request.🥺The mentally ill or wicked sociopathic Realreal employees basically stole a pair of used Alaia shoes I ordered and did not even processed a full refund for the Realreal order. I found it very odd to see an odd bunch American group of Realreal employees lacking morale. American companies on average have decent customer service but this Realreal TRR company is weird, even more weird for dealing with luxury quality items. Perhaps the problematic Realreal staffs are American Asians hated by the world with the AmericanAsian hate trend they spread on their own American news.
