제발 카드결제 먹통 되는거랑 연간회원 예매할때 뜨는 팝업좀 닫아줘요
1. 엘지트윈스 팬인데 예매하고 현대카드 앱카드로 현대카드 앱에서 결제하고 티링 앱으로 넘어오면 3번정도는 먹통되고 그만큼 껏다 켜서 다시 해야 결제됨. 할때마다 너무 열받음 2. 예매 홈 창 이동할때마다 공지 팝업이 계속 뜨는데 닫기 버튼만 제공하지 말고 한번만 읽고 닫기 체크같은거 만들어서 그 이후로는 팝업 안뜨게 했으면 좋겠습니다. 상식적으로!!!! 예매 하는게 1분 1초를 다투는데 그 팝업때문에 원하는 자리 못할수도 있을거란 생각은 했으면 좋겠습니다. 기획자분 이거 보시면 좀더 고객 입장에서 생각해주시길 바라요.
티켓 월렛 앱에 추가하기
야구 경기를 자주 보러가는데요. 다른 나라 같이 디지털 티켓을 애플 월렛(지갑)앱에 추가 할 수 있도록 기능을 추가 해주세요!! 티켓에 NFC나 QR코드를 사용 할 수 있도록 하면 좋겠어요!!
제발 이거 왜 이래요..??????
아니 페이코로 로그인이 안됩니다ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ 지금 껐다 키기도 해보고 앱 지웠다 다시 깔아도 봤는데 페이코로 로그인하기 누르고 좀 로딩 되더니 튕겨요 계에에에속 지금 한 20번 넘게 한 것 같은데… 왜 안되는걸까요 빠른 답변 제발 부탁드려요
