True Pitch is a tool to quickly and very accurately tune any instrument. True Pitch's consistent and intuitive user interface lets you tune your instrument without spending time exploring the app.
Feature highlights
• Range of tone detection A0 - C8
• Very high precision of pitch measurement, about 0.1 cent resolution
• A detected tone is measured in respect to perfect pitch in cents
• Displays a musical note closest to the measured frequency
• Several display patterns for accidentals
• Transposition possible for instruments with natural key other than C
• Adjustable reference tone A4 in the range 400 - 480 Hz
• Preset temperament collection available
Whether you have a flute, saxophone, or a string instrument, all you have to do is use the built-in microphone to get started. True Pitch will detect the tone from your instrument and display the corresponding musical note with the exact measured frequency.
You may also connect a microphone adapter to your iPhone. Most adapters that can be connected to the iPhone headphone jack, the Lightning USB port, or any Bluetooth microphone should work well with the tuner.
