Tuner is not affiliated with YouTube Music, and doesn't sync with your YouTube account.
Tuner uses YouTube public API to access YouTube content & is fully compliant with the API terms of service.

Only radio works in the left menu
The function to find and listen to the desired music does not work in Korea. There is no explanation for differences between countries. Don't buy it.
