기사들이 갑질하는 앱
지금 프로모션있다고 자기들 콜잡으면 3천원 6천원씩 받는다고 자랑은 드럽게 해대면서 콜까지 골라잡는 인성터진 기사들이 많이쓰는 앱. 취소 패널티조차 없어서 그냥 잡아보고 목적지 본 뒤 맘에 안들면 취소도 하고, 맘에드는것만 골라잡아서 운행하면 건당 회사에서 돈까지 받으니 기사들의 갑질이 하늘을 찌름. 받아줘서 고맙지 않냐는 말까지 들음. 또한 오늘 하루밤새 7번이나 취소당하고 결국 다른 앱 이용해서 집에옴. 패널티를 부과한다는데 뭘 부과하는지 모르겠음. 말만 그럴싸하고 전화가능한 고객센터도 없는 유령회사가 운영하는 듯한 느낌이 엄청 드니 이용하지마세요. 또한 안잡힐때마다 천원씩 빠져나갔다가 취소되서 들어오는데 다른 리뷰들 보니까 추적좀 해봐야겠음 떼먹은거 없는가.
잘 이용하다가 최근들어 취소가 미친듯이 잦아져서 기분이 매우 나쁨.. 주변에 추천까지 해줬는데 이젠 쓰지말하고 얘기하고 다녀야겠음

베트남에서 우버쓰는법
어차피 그랩이 우버 먹어서 나중엔 통합될거같지만.... 다낭에서는 그랩쓰세요 우버랑 가격면에서 약간 더 싸고 차량도 비교적 좋은 차량이 옵니다. 하노이에서는 그랩쓰지마시고 무조건 우버쓰세요. 하노이 그랩은 상당히 작은 마티즈 사이즈의 그랩이 대부분입니다. 일반 우버를 부르면 다낭의 그랩정도 차량이 오구요, 평균 도요타 4인승이 옵니다. 우버 블랙 부르면 벤츠 4인승이 오는데 우버도 돈계산 어리버리하게 하면 사기칩니다. 사기는 그랩이 덜해요. 15만동 나왔는데 150으로보고 100만동밖에없다고하니까 100만동으로 깎아준다던 우버 블랙 기사님 생각하니까 열뻗치네요. 우버 블랙 불렀는데 통수오졌음
2점도 아까운데 노출 안될까봐 올려요
우버는 네비를 도대체 어떻게 설정해놓는건가요?다른 앱은 안 그러는데 같은 길이어도 길도 돌아가는길,통행료 나오는길로 안내하고 그렇다고 카카오택시처럼 고객이 여정을 선택할수있는것도 아닌데 대체 무슨 기준인가요?그리고 이의제기하려해도 고객지원 센터는 바로 연결되는게 아니라 무슨 카테고리를 계속 선택해서 연결 시키고 거기 카테고리에 관련 내용이 없으면 연결할 방법도 없고 cs가 진짜 별로에요 할인을 해주면 뭐하나요 통행료로 요금이 더 나오는데;이번에도 고객지원 연결하려다 너무 열받아서 그냥 삭제하려고합니다
