Feature Highlights:
Directive Selling - Customizable rulesets to present curated sales content, tools, and training based on specific Account, Opportunity, Contact, or Lead Objects and the field values within, without needing technical involvement to configure, directly within your CRM. Not using a CRM? No worries. vPlaybook also integrates with other platforms via linking, iFrames, and SAML2.0.
Video Integration – Bring sales content to life with integrated video housed in a playbook. Research shows that learners are more engaged when they have visual content to view. Motivate learning using videos of colleagues and thought leaders demonstrating what good looks like, and include easy-to-share customer-facing videos for use in customer conversations.
Resource Drawer – Attach recommended sales assets to relevant playbook sections and learning activities. Files are available immediately from the page and can be emailed from the app for internal discussion or customer-facing messages.
Conversation Planner – Make conversation preparation easier for salespeople and delivery teams. Drag and drop playbook content into a best practice conversation plan that can be exported for manager feedback or on-the-go referencing, or simply copy and paste material into an email or other planning document.
