Vip를 쓰고 있는데 접속이 안돼요
중국에 사는 학생입니다. 이 vpn을 쓴지 꽤 됐는데 갑자기 “정책에 따라 본 서비스는 중국에서는 사용 할 수 없습니다” 라는 메세지가 뜨고 서버도 20개 정도에서 갑자기 5개로 줄어들었습니다. 네트워크 이상 없고요. 빨리 처리 부탁드립니다. 이유라도 알려주시고 만약 더이상 사용 불가하면 환불해 주세요

결제 안되게 해주세요
무료체험인 줄 알고 있었고 사용해보다가 안되서 바로 구독 취소했습니다. 그런데 한 달 구독 되버렸나 보네요. 자동갱신은 안되지만 한달 요금은 나오는 것 같은데. 요금 결제 안되게 해주세요. 그래야 다음에 필요한 경유 써야 할 때 제대로 쓰죠.
