Best meditations app.

Been using this app for roughly two years, and its one of the most worthwhile app purchase I had. Sam Harris and his guests are some of the most enlightening people I had the joy in hearing to. The contents gets update everyday and the app got so much better over the years.

When i had financial problems this year and couldn't afford a year worth of subscription, Sam gifted me it for free after asking them if i can pay monthly instead. Im truly grateful and I have even gifted free month memberships to people around me. I can wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone thats new to mindfulness or a veteran.

An Essential Tool for the Examined Life

The Waking Up app is no mere meditation guide, though it indeed offers a plethora of varied approaches to guided meditation from some of the best teachers in mindfulness. As well, Waking Up also provides a wealth of valuable information to assist us in living a more thoughtful, examined life. With talks on topics ranging from the nature of mind, stoicism, psychedelics, time management, philanthropy and sleep, there is no shortage of wisdom to help enrich our lives. On top of all this, the app itself is well designed with a user interface that is simple, elegant and easy to navigate.

Need subtitles

I love this app. It really makes you feel that you are 'learning' how to meditate, not just following. Thank you so much for your work.

But as a non-English speaker, sometimes it's hard to understand what exactly Sam saying. Especially in 'mental training' part.
I would love it more if you guys make subtitles for foreign languages, or Eng sub would still very helpful.
