여행은 언제나 새로운것들이 가득하지만 ‘와그’ 를 통해 더 많은것을 경험할 수 있었어요! 와이파이상품과 다양한 패스 상품은 물론 자유여행에선 쉽게 즐길 수 없었던 체험상품까지 와그를 통해 상해,홍콩,제주도 등 다채로운 여행을 했습니다. 특히 상담원분들 너무 친절하시고 문의사항 있을때마다 바로바로 답변해주셔서 너무 좋았어요~! 여행끝나도 와그로 여행했다는 생각만 들더라구요! 어플리케이션만 본다면 결제가 일단 간편했구요. GUI도 예쁘고 사용성도 좋아요. 군더더기 없는 깔끔함! 제 바램은 와그에서만 즐길 수 있는 더 다양한 상품이 많이많이 나왔으면 좋겠습니다! 열일부탁드려용❤️
내 여행을 망친 정말 최악의 앱

태국 마사지샵 이용권 와그 모바일웹에서 예약.
분명 7월30일 당일날짜로 캘린더 찍었는데, 8월14일로 되어있어서 황당. (증명할 길은 없지만 분명 7월 30일로 여러번 클릭 후에 진행함) 어쨌든 날짜 수정하려는데 사용자에겐 수정 권한이 없고 취소도 할 수가 없게 되어있음. (왜??) 24시간 내로 예약 확정나면 환불 조차 받을 수 없는 상황. 마사지샵 통해 스케줄 바꾸려고 물어봐도 내 이름 어디에도 뜨지 않는다 함. 돈은 이미 나갔는데 너무 황당한 플로우임. 전세계에서 일어나는 일을 대응해야하는 서비스가 한국시간대로만 일을 함. 이 상황은 중개인으로서 와그가 중간에서 돈을 받았으면서도 곧 바로 해당 업체에 돈과 고객 정보를 전달하지 않아서 발생한게 큼. 그 시간이 최대 24시간임. 이미 결제가 되어버린 상황에서 고객이 손 쓸 수 있는 장치 없이 24시간 동안 기약없이 기다리게 하는게 정말 최악의 서비스. 분명 환불규정에는 확정 된 후에는 취소가 안되고 확정 전이면 취소가 된다고 써있음. 카톡 담당자는 '확정 전이니 취소가 가능합니다. 취소원하세요?' 라고 본인이 먼저 말했지만, 잠시 뒤 말을 바꾸어, '확정 전이지만 취소가 되는 것인지 내일 아침 다른 담당자한테 물어보겠다'며 다음 날 까지 기다리라고만 함. 마시지 받지도 못하고 황당하게 돈 날릴 수도 있는걸 생각하니 정말 여행 망치고 싶을 때 쓰면 딱 좋은 앱이라고밖에 리뷰할 수 없음.
절대이용하지마세요
별하나주는것조차 아깝습니다 저는 오사카 신사이바시에서->USJ 로 가는 버스를 한국에서 미리예약했습니다 와그에서 예약하기전에 제 글 꼭 읽어주세요!!!!! 다른데보다 와그가 쬐끔 싸길래 예약한게 화근이였습니다..
전 두번다신 와그를 이용하지 않을껍니다
7시 40분에 신사이바시에서 출발한다기에 저와 제친구는 불안한 마음으로 7시 20분에 그자리로 나갔습니다 그런데 7시 40분이 되도 그버스는 오지않았고 10분만 더기더려보자 10분만더 하다가 8시까지 기다려도 오지않았습니다... 저는 그날 6시 20분 비행기로 usj에서 안그래도 놀시간이 없어 개장하자마자 입장할계획이였는데 여기서부터 일정이 꼬여버렸고 당황하고 말도 통하지않아 횡설수설하다 짐도 잃어버리고 usj 티켓도 아까워 결국 어찌어찌해서 도착했지만 도착한 시간은 12시....진짜 욕나옵니다 외국에선 1분 1초가 아까운데... 젤 사람많을때 들어가서 걍 구경만하다 공항갔습다 한국와서 바로 따졌죠 그런데 알아보겠다더니 그날 그장소에서 저희말고 3사람이 탔다고 환불을 처음엔 못해주겠답니다ㅡㅡ 그래서 제가 그날 동영상찍은거있다고 개미한마리도 없었다고 증거를 제시하니 알아보고 연락해주겠다니 두번째 전화와서 결재한 금액만 환불해주겠답니다ㅡㅡ뭐이런 엿같은 경우가 다있찌? 그래서 제가 그날 제 시간과 개고생, 와그버스때매 usj에서 못논건 어떻게 보상해줄꺼냐고 하니 방침이 없다고 보상못해주겠답니다 팀장이라는 김*선 씨 당신네 가족이라고 했으면 이따구로 답했을까요??? 상담사 태도가 맘에 안들어서라도 저는 소보에도 고발할생각입니다 어떻게든 그날 보상 받을껍니다 이런일이 있어 네*버에 와그쳐보니 평판이 아주 형편이 없던 회사였네요...진작알았다면 전 여기에서 절대절대 예약하지않았을껍니다 제후기 참고해주세요
