There are probably as many ways to test your websocket as there are websocket’s server. The challenge is to find a tool that doesn’t interfere with your great workflow. WebSocket Client was built to be easy to use when you need it, and easy to hide when you don’t. No terminal commands that are hard to remember, no browser extensions that’s hard to reach and no applications that keeps getting in your way.

Awesome, but weak connection management.

most of websocket features implemented, and it is totally free. (that is the main reason why this ws client is awesome)
but when i control multiple connection, it is little hard to scroll down and click connection element on the left side.
if this client support custom list order(otherwise listing) function, it might be great.

Browser-based/plugin-style websocket testers cannot connect to websocket server on different host for javascript security reason. But this app does not have the restriction because this is native. Socket Wrench app is also recommended for short-term testing. asleepysamurai.com/articles/socketwrench
