VIP 결제를 두 번이나 했는데
VIP 기능이 없다고 뜨네요... 이게 뭔지....ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
처음엔 6,900원 결제하고 업그레이드가 안돼서 뭔가 이상해가지고 설정에 있는 구독 쪽에 들어갔더니 4,500원짜리가 있어서 또 눌러서 결제해봤는데 아직도 VIP가 아니라네요ㅠㅠ 환불 기능도 없고 구독 취소 했더니 다음달까지는 사용 가능하다길래... 업그레이드가 안 됐는데 다음달까지 사용 가능한 건 뭔지 모르겠어요ㅠㅠ 도와주세요...
결제됐는데 VIP아니라고 나옴
6900원 결제되고 애플로 구독중인 것은 확인이 되는데 정작 VIP는 아니라고 위티비에서 인식하고 있어서 혜택 아무것도 못누리고.. 화나고 답답하네요. 이건 그냥 도둑아닌가요?
피드백으로 몇번이나 문제 내용보내도 리플라이도 없고.. 위티비 코리아 인스타에 DM도 보냈는데 역시 답 없고. 설령 시스템 문제가 아니라 제가 잘못했던 부분이 있더라도 어디서 해결되는건지 너무나도 불친절…
돈은 이미 나갔고(애플은 영수증까지 보냄) 해지한다고 해도 이번달 비용 6900원 날리게 생겼네요.
저랑 똑같은 상황 겪으신 분 리뷰 있던데.. 하아 어떻게 해결해야 좋을지 모르겠네요.

드라마보면서 다른것도 하고싶어서 이중화면으로해서 보려고 했는데 이중화면하면 자막이 안나와요
다시 원래 크기로 하면 자막 나오는데
