잘 쓰고있어요
후기를 본의아니게 두번 남기게됬는데 매달 잘 이용하고있습니다. 미국으로 매달 보내고 있는데 은행으로 정확하게 바로 들어가도라구요. 조작법도 쉽고 다만 설명이 조금 더 구체적으로 적혀있으면 조금 덜 헷갈릴꺼같아요. 월렛 서비스가 출시되서 이벤트겸으로 추가 30%환율 받으려고 이용했는데 일반 환전보다 환율이 높아서 뭐지? 했는데 문의할때가 없더라구요ㅠ 그래도 급해서 일단 돈은 보냈어요. 그것 빼곤 나머지는 간단하게 잘 이용하고있습니다!

정말짜증나는앱 이런리뷰는 처음써봄
첫번째거래로 해외에있는엄마한테돈보내려고 엄마계좌돈으로 엄마한테보낸다고하니까 본인돈아니면 안된단다 그럼내가뻥치고 본인돈이라고하면 된다는건가? 그렇게 거래는취소됐고 내계정을아예막아버렸다 부정거래라는이유로
두번째 본인자금으로 환전하려고했다 30일에돈들어오기로한날 그다음날이지나도 연락도없고 계속진행중이라고뜬다 고객센터도 몇번이나전화해도안받고
그쪽에서연락을확인하고 다시연락오는 시스템이다
이유는전화번호앞에 국가지역번호를안적었다는이유로 계속진행중이였다 취소될거란다 그럼연락을주든가어쩌든가해야되지않나? 본인이여쭤안보면 막연하게 기다리게하는건가? 알려줄생각이없는건가? 그러면또취소해야되고 또다시거래를진행해야되고 또심사를기다려야되고 하… 죄송하다는말도없다
