제가 1년 전쯤 이 사이트를 통해 만든 사이트가 있었는데, 더 이상 사용하지 않아 구독을 취소하려고 하는데 이메일이 기억이 나지 않아 구독을 취소할 수가 없습니다. 결제한 카드번호나 결제내역을 바탕으로 이메일을 찾을 수 없을까요?

안녕하세요 클라우드 웨이즈에서 서버 등록하고 워드프레스를 시작했습니다. 후에 어플 다운받아 생성한 워드프레스 사이트를 연결하려고 하는데 계속 연결할 수 없는 사이트라고 오류가 납니다. 클라우드웨일즈 봇과 소통도 했으나 브라우저 상의 워드프레스 사이트는 문제없이 제대로 작동되고 있는 어플에서 로그인이 안된다면 어플 자체내의 문제라고 이야기해주셔서 이렇게 글 남깁니다. 해결방법이 어떻게 될까요..!
