Yoga Studio: Classes and Poses

보기

As anyone who has ever worn stretchy pants and nervously wandered into a studio can attest to, yoga involves countless poses across multiple skill levels—some of which can seem frighteningly out of reach.

Fortunately, Yoga Studio covers the full gamut with 65 video classes that can be done from the comfort of home.

There are general classes for beginners. There are prenatal classes for expectant moms. There are yoga classes for mental health, yoga classes set to hip-hop, and yoga classes specially designed to combat back pain.

There’s even a Desk Series you can do during a break at work.

Yoga Studio’s video library has poses for all purposes.

Start by browsing Collections, where you’ll find Yoga Studio’s ready-made classes. Tap to pick a class and select among options for ability (beginner, intermediate, or advanced), duration (anywhere from 10 to 60 minutes), and focus (strength, flexibility, relaxation, balance, or a combo).

To start a class, download it to your Studio, where you can access it anytime.

Or assemble your own routine: From the home screen tap Custom, and then tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner of the screen. Here you can collect Pose Blocks—short sequences of poses—to build a class that’s right for you.

Classes are delivered in HD video, which looks especially amazing on a new iPhone XR or XS (just saying). If you so choose, Yoga Studio will sync with your Calendar, helping you establish and stick with your routine. Download classes to practice offline, which is helpful if you’re traveling or, hypothetically, out in the wilderness, someplace quiet.

Yoga Studio offers a seven-day free trial; a subscription is required after.
