Unfortunately we got a plumber through this app and he installed our new bathroom a while back, we used the app because it was simply convenient. Today we found out he used cement instead of silicone to seal some parts of the toilet! So instead of a simple maintenance issue it’s now a time consuming and costly repair that involves breaking/replacing a perfectly new toilet. I would avoid this app at all costs unless you know what needs to be done and can supervise every step of the way. But if that is the case, then the rates you are paying are incredibly high for the skill level offered!

Deleted the app- BEWARE!

I’ve used their services since 2021
Cleaning service:
Their maids are lazy, dishonest, disrespectful
They are NOT vetted - not professional
Multiple small items were stolen & company is not liable and cleaner will not be warned or fired!
Customer service is the poorest quality
Management team is incompetent
If you are not satisfied, they will fix the problem how they see fit, not what you request.

Moving service:
1.5 hours late to appointment
Very slow
Damaged my couch
Charged me for a service that was originally included for free
One movers sat on my couch & ate chips

Home Appliances:
They were supposed to repair my washing machine. Paid KD55. They damaged it and refused to refund me. Another customer who poorly rated MyHome app had an identical issue with their washing machine.
