Excellent app

Really really 6th street is my favorite app, it is the most wonderful app, very precious in items variety, very very easy and fast in items return, very easy in shopping and selecting items, and you can find the cheapest prices and many offers there.

Pathetic service and no clarification

When you order they won’t notify you when will it be delivered. I received a damaged product and requested to cancel, it says within 1 - 2 business they will come for pick up. I mailed them after the two days of exchange request no reply back then I messaged in instagram then they responded the same 1 - 2 business days they will come for pick up. I was bothered that they delivered their product without even checking the quality then they don’t have any clarification on anything. Finally after a week I received message in WhatsApp stating today there will be a pick up. Nobody came for pick up. Is this a joke? I cancelled the exchange request and said the same in Instagram. I order through lots of apps but this one is the worst I have ever encountered.
