Since three weeks i am not getting OTP to use this app . I registered complaint but so far nothing happen . I am unable to understand how a professional bank can take this long to fix the issue . Call center keep saying we are trying to fix . Very disapointed 😢

I can’t believe how many years the app was released and it is still extremely slow. The fact all other banking apps work smoothly compared to this frustrates me a lot.I’d be in a hurry to process a transaction… yet it takes a life time to login to my account and be able to access my dashboard.Not gonna start with the crashing, that’s a whole another story.
