Connectivity issues
I had a very bad experience with my internet being deactivated due to some error in the system and after making futile attempts to call and complain, I finally went to your Customercare in Hyderabad office and was provided help by one Ms Nirmala who even stayed beyond her working schedule and noted my complaint and managed to restore my connection. While people like Chandrasekhar who sweet talked me into paying advance amounts and disappearing without even a follow up, should be reprimanded for their carelessness, Ms Nirmala should be appreciated for her loyalty to your brand in taking care of customer problems and resolving them.

Bakwas network
Plz guys don’t take this network it’s worse than our local cable operators no response from any of these people when you network got breakdowns.. for getting a new connection they will call u 1000times when u call for service there is no one attempt.
