I am very disappointed with the service from American Eagle. The delivery service is extremely poor, and the customer care support is also very unsatisfactory. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered within 1 day, but today is the 9th day and I still have not received my order.What is even more frustrating is that I have not received a proper response from the customer service team despite contacting them multiple times. This kind of delay without any clear communication is unacceptable.I expected much better service from American Eagle, but this experience has been very disappointing. I hope the company improves its delivery system and customer support in the future.
