Suggestion
I am a fan of the site, but I hope there is a way to book for a month, but it is intermittent, for example, if the owner of the house has reservations at the weekend only, I want to book the remaining days without the weekend for 30 days in order to get a discount on the monthly price

Be careful using it
Beware! I booked an apartment in Geneva and on the day of the check in I contacted the host to inform me about the process of the check in. Instead of informing me about check in process, he informed the the place isn’t available!
Let me tell you i was very frustrated with that experience for a couple of reasons:
A. I was basically homeless for a few hours trying to look for a place after a long flight.
B. The application had no option to inform the people in charge that I wasn’t able to either get my refund or get in touch with someone who would help.
C. Its totally up to your host to take you in or cancel your stay even an hour before the check in time, Airbnb is totally fine with that and have no restrictions against the host towards cancellation period or letting you know a head of time.
